When my Dad made Deer Jerky, it was a little more complicated.
He made his own smoke box and chose his wood very carefully,
It took hours, but mad was it good!
This recipe is quick and easy and also good!
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ cup liquid smoke
½ cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Pour over thin strips of deer or beef strips.
Marinate in air tight container in refrigerator 24 hours.
Drain meat well. Dry in food dehydrator until crisp.
