1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup melted margarine or oil
4 cups sliced zucchini
1 1/2 cup cut off corn
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
1/4 teaspoon dried whole oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried whole basil
Saute onion and green peppers in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingedients.
Cover and let simmer 8 - 10 minutes or until zucchini is crisp tender.
Yield: Approximately 6 servings
