4 Quarts thinly sliced cucumbers
6 - finely diced onions
2 - large green bell peppers, finely diced
2 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
2 or 3 cloves of garlic, to taste
1/3 cup of piclinig salt
1 1/4 teaspoon of tumeric

3 cups of vinegar

Bring to boil the liquid.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
