This is a great way to use that rhubarb that grows in your garden every year,
and you don't know what to do with it!
4 ½ cup rhubarb
1 ½ cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 ½ cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 sticks butter
Combine first three ingredients. Place in a greased 13" x 9" pan.
Combine remaining ingredients, mix with a pastry cutter.
Pour over rhubarb mixture.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40 minutes.
